AES Licensed Stallion, Passchendale

We are thrilled to share the fantastic news that our 3-year-old stallion, Passchendale, has achieved the Licensed grade in his inaugural Anglo European Studbook grading with some high marks and fantastic comments from the judges. This magnificent young horse, owned by Firs and Feathers Equestrian, promises an exciting future in the world of show jumping.

Impressive Pedigree:

Passchendale boasts an impressive pedigree, being sired by the renowned stallion, Impressive VDL, and out of an Aztecca VDL mare. His lineage speaks volumes about his potential, with notable siblings already making their mark in the equestrian world.

Family Success:

Passchendale is half-brother (on the Dams side) to our own  promising Michelangelo G, who is making waves stepping up to 130s. Furthermore, his half-sister, Fire Fly, is achieving success jumping 130s in the USA, while another half-sister, Jedi G, is impressively tackling 135s in Poland.

Sire's Legacy:

The lineage of Passchendale's sire, Impressive VDL, speaks volumes. Known for his size, power, and boundless scope, Impressive VDL is the son of VDL foundation stallion, Douglas. His offspring consistently exhibit his remarkable traits, making him a highly sought-after stallion in the world of show jumping.

Grading Success:

During his grading, Passchendale distinguished himself as the third highest placed stallion among all the horses graded, boasting an impressive average score of 8.14. The judges' comments further affirm his exceptional potential and set the stage for an exciting journey ahead.
